Jan Hendrik du Toit is the founding member of Seymore du Toit & Basson Inc. Together with managing the firm, he heads up the Conveyancing Department. Jan Hendrik has been in practice for over 18 years in various fields but has always had a keen interest in commercial and property law.
Jan Hendrik completed his articles at Beyers & Day in 2003 and was appointed as an associate in 2004, specialising in the administration of deceased estates. His drive for excellence and his keen work ethic allowed him to relocate and start his own firm in Sabie Mpumalanga, where he successfully provided general legal services to the community. Seeking to expand, Jan Hendrik moved to Nelspruit in 2011 and merged with Basson & Partners to form Seymore du Toit & Basson Inc.
It is his drive and willingness to deliver only the best service which has made him the preferred service provider to municipalities and large financial institutions. When Jan Hendrik is not at the office or playing a round of golf, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two beautiful daughters.
