Johan Cronje

Johan Cronje is one of the newest additions as Professional Assistant in the Litigation Department at Seymore Du Toit & Basson Inc. He completed his Bcom LLB Degree at the University of Pretoria, followed by his LLB at the University of South Africa. Johan has a strong work ethic that he supports with dedicated client relationships. He is devoted to finding the best outcome in arising circumstances and aims to resolve all matters from commercial, contractual to family law. 

Johan holds vast experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He specialised in contracts, claims for damages and debt recovery before joining the Seymore Du Toit & Basson group. He is a skilled settlement negotiator and aims to settle disputes for his clients effectively. He is committed to applying thorough and mindful consideration to all his clients’ matters.

His attention to detail and application of the law empowers him to deliver the utmost comprehensive services to his clients. He is devoted to developing his skills and knowledge to apply to all his matters. He is organised and works well within a structed environment applying strong administrative skills. 

Johan spends his time out of the office in nature and enjoys time spent with family and friends around a braai. He is an avid sport enthusiast with a passion for rugby.
