Andries, who oversees the Bond and Cancellation Departments, is focused on client interactions and insuring a quality service. His position requires him to work closely with major banking institutions who can all attest to his professionalism.
When he relocated to the Lowveld from Pretoria, Andries brought with him his extensive conveyancing experience. He was asked to join Seymore du Toit & Basson in 2015 due to his goal driven and results orientated personality. It is due to these characteristics that he found his niche in property law.
With transactions involving property, time is a rare commodity, and clients expect results within certain time frames. However, this does not compromise his compassion or unwavering commitment to quality. Without fail, he approaches each transaction with the same intellectual focus and commitment. His years of prepping document sets have made him no stranger to spending long hours ensuring that every aspect of a client’s transaction has been addressed and prepared for.
